We offer three distinct collections based on where the wine is currently resting:

  • Local Stock: These are local Singapore bottles where all customs duties and GST are already cleared. They sit in our Ready-to-Ship Hub.

  • Warehouse Stock: These are local Singapore bottles resting in our government-licensed Bonded Warehouse. Duties have not yet been paid, meaning we clear them through customs specifically for your order.

  • Overseas Direct Delivery: These are exceptional bottles resting at our international bonded warehouse, ready to be flown directly to your doorstep.

Q: How fast will my wine arrive?

Because we use professional fulfillment hubs and premium couriers, our delivery timelines are highly efficient across all three categories:

  • āš”1-2 Business Day (Local Stock): If you order before 2:00 PM (Monday ā€“ Friday), your wine is dispatched immediately and will arrive the within 2 business day.

  • šŸšš 2ā€“4 Business Days (Duty Suspended): Because these bottles are in a secure bonded warehouse, we must submit an official declaration to Singapore Customs to release them. This government processing takes 1-2 business days, followed immediately by local delivery.

  • āœˆļø 3ā€“5 Business Days (Overseas Stock): We use DHL Express for all our international shipping. Your wine is flown directly from our global bonded warehouse to Singapore, cleared through customs, and delivered to your door in just 3 to 5 business days.

Q: Why do you keep local stock in a bonded warehouse?

We do this to guarantee perfect provenance. By keeping these specific wines in a Licensed Bonded Cellar, we ensure they remain in an ultra-strict, temperature-controlled environment (12Ā°Cā€“14Ā°C) designed for long-term preservation. They are only moved and cleared through customs the moment you purchase them, guaranteeing they haven't been sitting on a warm retail shelf.

Q: Is it safe to ship wine from overseas via DHL?

Absolutely! We partner exclusively with DHL for our overseas stock because of their specialized, rapid global transit. The 3-5 day window ensures your wine spends the absolute minimum amount of time in transit, bypassing long, drawn-out sea freight in favor of express air delivery straight to Singapore.

Q: Can I mix items from different categories in one order?

Yes, absolutely! You are welcome to curate a cart that includes wines from any of our collections. To provide a seamless experience and ensure everything arrives safely at the same time, we will consolidate your items. This means your entire order will be delivered together based on the longest delivery timeline in your cart.
