A: It all comes down to how we operate! SG Wine Store is a strictly online business. Because we don’t have a physical retail shop, we save a massive amount of money on high rents, shop fittings, and storefront staffing. Instead of pocketing those savings, we deliberately keep our profit margins low so we can pass the discount directly on to you. You get the exact same high-quality wine, just without the traditional retail markup.

Q: Does a lower price mean lower quality wine?

A: Not at all! Our lower prices are entirely the result of our online-only business model. We source the exact same fantastic wines you would find in premium retail shops, but because we don't have to pay for a physical storefront, we can sell them to you at a much fairer price.

Q: Do you offer free shipping on all orders?
A: Free delivery is available for all orders over S$150 within Singapore. Orders not reaching S$150 are subject to a S$30 delivery fee.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the perishable nature of wine, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

A: At this time, SG Wine Store operates exclusively as an online platform. We do not have a physical retail location.
