At SG Wine Store, we take great care in handling and storing our wine products to ensure their quality and condition. As such, we do not offer any refunds or returns, regardless of the reason.

We understand that sometimes customers may receive an item that does not meet their expectations. However, to maintain the integrity of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, (except for incorrect deliveries.)
